Demo classes and alike
I'm currently sat next to a giant broom in the staff room of one of my elementary schools. I made the grave error of wearing black today...which lead to them dressing me as a witch, taking a host of photos, and making me teach a class dressed in such a manner. I looked scary though, it was not pretty! I've been at this school far more than I should be because I have a demo day with them next Friday. This means I do 3 classes of team teaching in front of about 60 teachers. Quite alot of pressure seen as I'm pretty new but this school is amazing so I don't mind. I've had a good ammount of input on how things happen and my role as the ALT and thats a really nice place to be. In general my responsibilities have increased to marking, making worksheets, writing games and planning lessons, so things are looking good.As you must have guessed time has been running away with me. This week has been calmer thankfully, and tonight I'm going to get a good ammount of work done as no-one is around. I'm leaving for Nagasaki on Friday night and want my house sorted for when I get back.
Right, so it's pretty strange here how everyone brushes their teeth at lunch time, together. I also feel quite concerned about walking past the kids at this time as they tend to try and speak to me. Which can lead to beig covered in spit etc, which is quite gross. I took my toothbrush in last Friday and let my JTE try my apple toothpaste,and he thought it was great!

Had a great weekend, and am considering going to Fukue next weekend is that what you are doing? Emily and jenny and claire are going to Fukuoka so I might go with them not sure, anyway I`ll let you know... is it next weekend you have a sports day?
I`ve treated this comment like an email, I cant think of any comments about your blog except this - update last weekends events and make sure you include that Alistair had a good time on Sunday and that Pippa spent 85 quid on a Diesel shirt,
